We currently offer free shipping within the UK. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via tracked delivery.

  

International shipping options are also available.

  

Return Policy

  

At GioventùClo, we design pieces meant to move with you — from spontaneous city getaways to long-haul journeys across the globe. Our clothing is built for freedom, confidence, and expression. But if your order isn’t quite the right fit for your path, no worries — we’ve made our return process simple and stress-free.

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Final sale items, undergarments, and gift cards are non-returnable.

To start a return, email us at info@gioventuclo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.

  

Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  

Exchanges are available for size or color changes (if in stock). Just email us and we’ll arrange it.

  

For international returns, return shipping and duties are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable service for peace of mind.
